We were just there and had to wait for our food but when they brought it out they apologized profusely and explained that they made the chicken fresh and made new fries because the ones they had were old. Fries were cold, drink spilled all over me, because lid was not on properly. 7 out of 10 times I get the wrong order. One of the female managers is nasty.
